Local expertise across Northern Virginia, nationwide reach

While I serve clients across every state I'm licensed in, Northern Virginia is home. Here's a snapshot of the local markets I know best:

Alexandria — Historic charm with serious growth potential:Old Town offers premium historic homes and waterfront character, while Potomac Yard is emerging as a top growth corridor anchored by the new Virginia Tech Innovation Campus.
Arlington — NoVA's blue-chip market:Strong, sustained demand for condos and townhomes along the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, fueled by Amazon HQ2 and walkable Metro access.
Ashburn — Tech corridor meets modern suburban living:A Loudoun County hub at the heart of NoVA's data center alley, offering newer construction and larger floor plans, especially along the Silver Line.
Burke — Sought-after suburban living:A consistently in-demand residential market with established neighborhoods and easy commutes to both DC and Fairfax.
Falls Church — "The Little City" with big appeal:An independent city that packs dense suburban convenience and some of the region's most highly rated schools into a tight, walkable footprint.
Great Falls — The gold standard for luxury:Large lots, true privacy, and estate-level homes that are increasingly rare this close to the Beltway.
Herndon — High-growth value play:Positioned along the Dulles Corridor and set for a major lift from the 103-acre Rivana at Innovation Station development opening in 2026.
McLean — Prestige address, premier access:Routinely ranked among the wealthiest communities in the country, with luxury estates within easy reach of both DC and Tysons.
Prince William County — Space, value, and commuter access:A smart choice for first-time buyers, growing families, and DC-area commuters — offering newer construction and stronger price-per-square-foot value than inner NoVA, with VRE and I-95 connectivity across Woodbridge, Manassas, Gainesville, and Haymarket.
Reston — Planned-community living, fully connected:A true live-work-play environment with three Silver Line Metro stations, lakes, trails, and a walkable town center.

Whether you're buying in Phoenix, San Diego, Tampa, Atlanta, Detroit, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Houston, or anywhere else within my licensed footprint, you'll get the same personalized service, transparent communication, and expert guidance from application to closing.

Let's find the right loan for your goals — wherever home happens to be.

Spencer Russell, Kaitlyn Norris, and the rest of the Loansteady team were great to work with in our recent home buying process. They were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, especially in this volatile market we've had in the last few months. We even had storm damage sideline our closing for a bit, but the team continued to support us throughout the whole process. We hadn't bought or refinanced in a long time, but no question was too simple and they were always available. Highly recommend!!
